Nandi Gosa Apartments is a part of the property portfolio owned and operated by Bothevu, an asset & investment management company. The main objective of the NGA project is to demonstrate to other institutional investors that rural development in villages that are close to the central business district is profitable. Rural development investments alleviate poverty by creating jobs and improve the quality of life and economic well-being of people living in rural areas.


We aim to accelerate rural development by mobilizing investors to invest into rural areas. In the context of our history as a country, commercial property development should not have to be done exclusively on municipal land.


Bothevu is a family business that is evolving into a respected property investment enterprise that owns and manages property portfolios across Mahikeng and the North West. We provide a comprehensive and professional approach to the development of property, as well as project and property management. Rarely is a project regarded as too big or small to take on.


At Bothevu, we focus on identifying and investing in well located, undeveloped land with great links to retail and transport routes. Once acquired — and after thorough feasibility and market assessments — we utilize the professional services of experienced architects, town planners and engineers to design residential buildings, and then commission in-house teams and contractors to provide the required infrastructure as required by local authority regulations and by-laws.

The Property Development Division acquires and develops commercial properties for private investment. We offer a full spectrum of services, from site selection, conduction project feasibility studies, preparing preliminary cost estimates and project budgeting to all levels of development coordination, always with due regard to financial planning.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

The Asset Management Division aids clients in maximising the value of their assets through holistic management strategies. This comprises leasing strategies; including the tenant mix; marketing strategies, and investment strategies on acquisitions, disposals and redevelopment functions.
